7 Ways to Live Life Without Having Problems: 💓
A problem is only a problem if you allow it. The more problems you cause, the more they will hinder your happiness. We have tips for a life without problems.
Problems make your life annoying
The more problems you have, the more difficult it is to be happy. Problems make life difficult, difficult and annoying.
If you do not deal with your problems constructively, you can easily be dragged along in a negative spiral. You are then sucked into the misery, and it becomes increasingly difficult to remain positive.
We have seven useful tips that you can use on your way to a carefree life, a life without problems!
1. Dare to let life take its course from time to time
Many problems do not even have to exist. When you occasionally let life take its course, you see that apparent problems solve themselves. Or that annoying situations can eventually bring you to very nice places if you look back afterwards.
Do not try to take control everywhere. Let yourself be carried away by life , and experience how easy your life can be.
2. Do not make someone else's problem your problem
If you have many problems in your life, you have probably developed the habit of taking on other people's problems. You make someone else's problem your problem.
Imagine you can not come on your sister's birthday because something important has suddenly come. Before you cancel your birthday, you are concerned about whether your sister will or will not mind that you are not coming, while that is not your problem. You can not, it is no different. Is your sister not happy about that? Her problem.
Do not worry about all the problems you can find. Do not involve everything on yourself. Just have a little shit about it. Problems you should not attract but repel. If people around you seem to make problems out of nowhere, then it is up to you to leave them with them.
3. Stop doom thinking and live with the facts
Do not live with your head constantly in all kinds of possible future situations. A lot of annoying things can happen, but there is probably nothing going wrong.
Are you a doom thinker? Then you have the talent to worry about problems that do not even exist. If your goal is to go through life without problems, this is not an effective trait.
Prefer to live with the facts. Do not let your thoughts run wild, but Live in the Here and Now . If you do not have a problem right now, enjoy it now and do not create problems.
4. Believe that life is easy
Beliefs determine how you experience reality. Someone who thinks that life is difficult experiences life as difficult. Someone who thinks that life is easy, life experiences as easy.
It's very simple. Do your best to get out of the positive, and stop 'fighting' against all your problems. Just tell yourself that your problems are small, that you can easily solve them, that your whole life is easy.
Act on your new beliefs. Do things that someone with your new belief would also do. Act as if your life is easy, then it will naturally become easier!
5. Change problems in projects
Do you have a problem for you? Then take a sheet of paper, and explain your problem as if it were a project.
What exactly is the problem, and what different strategies can you think of to throw this problem out of your life? If your problem has to do with an annoying assignment at work, then you have different options.
You can talk to your boss or your colleagues, you can tackle the assignment differently, you can shift the assignment to someone else, you can simplify the assignment, you can turn to help, you can just go for it and hope it will work out, you can threaten to resign, you can resign, etc.
Each strategy includes practical steps that you can take. And by finishing these steps you can simply help out this problem by considering it as a project.
6. Stay with the main lines
You can think about issues on different levels. There are no problems at the highest level. If you look over your whole life, and look at it from a very high perspective, you see that everything is okay . Life is simple and you see through the big picture.
If you think at the lowest level, you see a lot of complexity and lots of details. There is a lot of room for problems at this level.
By thinking more often at a higher level, many problems disappear like snow in the sun. Do not be swallowed up by all the details, but stay with the main lines. This means that you separate yourself from perfectionism , that you set the right priorities and learn to put things into perspective .
7. Take a regular distance
You are not your problems . You are not what you do and what you experience. You are not what is playing in your life right now, you are yourself.
By regularly distancing yourself from life and coming to yourself, your problems become small and insignificant. You take distance by taking time for yourself and, for example, meditating .
