Hey guys @jesse12 here.

We all might have heard of Milton Hershey, well incase you don't know him then your childhood was boring. Milton Hershey chocolates were undoubtedly one of the best candies presently in America. As young as he was he was able to set up $150 from little minor jobs indulged in. Few years later he started his own candy shop but failed a lost. The interesting thing was he never gave up on himself and his idea. With acurate consistency and determination he set up Lancaster Caramel Company (LCC) and in no time he finally had an outstanding budiness that made his dream come true.

Regardless of his failures, Hershey used his time and courage to carry and accomplished his dreams. On the other hand some people might have been tempted to give up, sinking in the negativity that failure has to offer.

By default, we all eager to win

According to nature, we are linked to get swift result and they all boils down to survival. Presently in this generation, our thirst for instant results and survival begins from the moment we were born. No doubts when we came into this world we were all crying, unknown to us we were seeking for instant attention from our parents. And since then it became our lifestyle and we grew with that lifestyle and this stays connected in our brains throughout our entire life.

But we all have to be patient

In this present generation, our community has shaped the way we get success. We only get the money we want after completing a very hard task or we wait till the end of the month to get our salary. So therefore, this has shaped our mentality that we are frequently forced to work hard and be patient in order to get the success we thrive for.

Thence, while we lack for this swift results doesn't seem like a menace to our survival. In our brains, we tend tend to give up easily because the instant results we want aren't coming in the way we want them to.

The basic key is to note that the waiting period could eventually serve as a vital time to do more things that might foster our spirit. Hence working harder and improving on other things is advisable rather than giving up.

From losing to becoming a loser

People don't become losers instantly when they fail. They simply become losers as soon as they start diddling or victimizing themselves. They give Flimsy excuses for their failure.

Apparently, limiting opinions are created from previous experience we have encountered. Those challenges mostly ignite in our brains reminding us of the things we haven't done, thereby making us doubt our strength.

A great reason for failing won't add a dollar to your account, fetch you good job or get you a new customer.

Sort:

People don't become losers instantly when they fail. They simply become losers as soon as they start diddling or victimizing themselves.

This got me. Love the ideology.

Well said, and from another perspective we also work and not even get paid, this act made people to put in more effort to be creative, I believe the best motivator must be self, before anyone can motivate you.
