5 Things You Should Stop Doing When You Wake Up in the Morning

Its not easy leaving a habit but there are something's that we really have to stop doing when we wake up Every morning. I will be discussing about some habits that most of us do every morning that we should cut off and they are:

  1. Checking social media.
    I personally is a defaulter of this part but I I'm working on it though. This could destroy your plans for the day and make you lose track of time. You might never want to get out of bed and forget you have plans for the day.

  2. Forgetting about breakfast.
    Skipping breakfast every morning is very bad and you might feel lazy for the rest of the day. Eating breakfast energizes you and give you the zeal to work for the day.

  3. Anything you could have done the night before.
    Postponing an activity to the next day can also help ruin your day. Try and finish up your duties for the previous night so that you will be more and only focused on your activities for the next day.

  4. Hitting snooze.
    Waking up when your alarm rings is the beat option ever but hitting snooze button to get some extra sleep can ruin your plans for the day. Do not be lazy and wake up when your alarm rings.

  5. Having a cup of coffee immediately.
    You can have a cup of coffee every morning if you want to but having a cup of coffee immediately you wave every morning can also ruin your day. Along with increasing your tolerance to caffeine, research shows that consuming coffee before 10 a.m. can mess with your cortisol levels leaving you feeling groggier and more stressed than you would have felt if you’d waited.

I had to upvote this. I'm guilty about habbits 1, 2 3 and 4 (I rarely drink coofee so I'm ok with that) but definitely I'm in the best moment of my life to start getting some new habbits. Moreover reading this content gives me a hint on the next subject for my blog since having the right habbits can definitely change our live for the best. nice post. Easy and simple.
