I AM HEART, NOT BRAIN!

Nowadays, everyone wants to be a brain! It is incredible how the concept of Leadership in the world has come to be accepted with such devotion, that today people want to be a leader, even if it is only for holding the title, just to arrogate presumed quality that would provide some benefit whether economic, social, labor, or that implies an obligation to do for others in our favor or, although no less important or beneficial, an obligation of not to do.

The world demands Leadership! Workshops, courses, degrees, masters, doctorates, post-doctorates to train leaders, people in charge of directing, ordering, classifying, putting and removing, but in very few occasions of doing. The character must be a wolf, disguised as a lamb, this is essential, attracting others with an affable attitude without losing sight of the objective we want to achieve from others.

The Leader must be ingenious to be able to dominate the group, it must be inspiring! Until a certain moment! It is then when it must be a BRAIN, when it is time to honor, to flatter, to provide the reason, to compensate for good work. The brain is the leader of the body, the order and the members act or not!

But this depends on him? Who is truly the will, and physiologically does not depend on something else? Who will take to it, the necessary oxygen to think and direct? Certainly, from HEART. From this one, intentions arise, the element that discerns, is him who truly provides what is desired, does not know the brain that it is constantly puppet of someone else.

The Heart is intelligent, he does not act from the main office, he does not have the managerial chair, his cubicle is scattered, where he can connect with everyone, where he applies, where he discerns; It is similar to the star worker, who acts brilliantly, but knows that directing carries more responsibility even if it implies greater benefit, which is essential or at least valuable to the organization. (He is the star character of the movie, the one without it never could be the same).

For good or evil. The intentions come from him, the brain does not know that his greatness, creation, is subordinated to the direction of another, that really knows how to convince, and have similar benefits without so much responsibility, if it is an advantage. Everyone tries to understand the brain, seeing how it works to live, speculating about its greatness and how it can solve the riddles.

Nobody pays attention to know the Heart. It is a bomb without conscience? He does not think!, how are his intentions? AH! There is no need, everything can tilt him. Humbly he knows very well how to act.

Then Brain, what good is your glory? You are equal to the one who accumulates greatness, without knowing that it will be for another. I will stop here the analogy. Why do you want to be a Leader in the world? Have you considered it? Do you know what Leadership implies at least? Is the position of power necessary to be a lord? This is Brain, That's how Leader is, focused on Leading, not the glorious actions or the life of your greatness come from you, it's from the heart! Considers!

Be careful that you lean on Brain, your glory could be lost.
