O.S.B.L.L.S.P., Orbital Space Based Launch Landing Superconductor Platform
Basically, a giant set of rings that orbit the earth and other celestial bodies that are aligned and linear made of superconductors.
Their purpose is to orbit planets and moons and shoot and catch modular craft from point A and point B. The device is a magnetic artillery piece in space powered by cosmic rays and stabilized with electron gun propulsion.
Combined with a H.A.L.P., High Altitude Launch Platform, very little fuel is needed to transfer a vehicle from point A to point B in space. Only enough fuel is required to zero into the exact center of of the O.S.B.L.L.S.P. and to move from the H.A.L.P. to O.S.B.L.L.S.P. to the destination H.A.L.P..
Remember, what comes from Earth and is shot as fuel in space travels away from the Earth and is lost forever. We could literally use every bit of Earth, water and all as fuel to colonize another planet of for fuel for trips to an orbiting hotel. This might seem like a good idea at the start but if we want a habitable Earth, conservation is of the utmost importance.
These methods, using existing technology, make space far less expensive and available to more people. These machines also conserve the planet.
