Road rage at the gas station. Why people are willing to kill each other just to save a few cents.
The Walmart gas station is a really interesting place.
The sidewalks all around are lined with beautiful flowers of all different varieties.
The sun shines down on the well manicured canopies giving the impression of high class.
In the middle of the parking lot two grown men are screaming at each other while one punches the other man's car repeatedly.
Welcome to the Walmart gas station.

This is the place where there's so much traffic that you have to wait 20 minutes in order to get gas even if you come at 2 in the afternoon..... or 2 in the morning.
This is the place where people will scream out of a parking spot and narrowly avoided hitting two or three cars on their way back to the highway.
You can find people fist fighting at any point during the day here.
One man walks by another man and the first man grabs his collar to pull him backwards......
"Where do you think you're going, you SOB?" he demands.
"I've been waiting for that parking space for 20 minutes and you really think you're just going to pull into it?"
This is what it's like when you come to get gas at the Walmart near my job.
The prices are pretty good for gas.

In fact, if you use one of those gas saving apps from your phone you will find that this Walmart offers one of the better deals in the area.
Still........ the gas station across the street is only about $0.05 more per gallon.
The gas station near my house is maybe $0.06 more per gallon but it's always completely empty.
My car takes 14 gallons of gas so if I spend an extra $0.05 per gallon I'm really spending an extra $0.70 to fill up the tank.
However, by filling up at a different gas station I can avoid watching people get into fist fights. I can avoid people trying to get into fist fights with me.
I can avoid hearing the screaming, the punching on people's cars, and more importantly....... I can avoid spending 20, 30, or 45 minutes waiting for a spot to open up while I hope I can get into it before someone beats me to it.
So why is there so much road rage at the gas station?

It's true that people are really feeling the economy right now.
Most people aren't getting the kinds of raises that they used to get. I'm talking about the kinds of raises that match inflation so that you never actually have to feel like you're paying more for something.
There's a thousand reasons why people are hurting for money right now but that doesn't excuse bad behavior in any way shape or form.
To tell you the truth, there's no good reason why people are willing to kill each other just to save a few cents.
If you're in a hurry the answer is not to go to the Walmart gas station.
Even if it costs you a few cents more somewhere else....... you have to consider how much your time is worth.
Do you really want to put up with all that drama at the Walmart gas station anyway?
The Walmart gas station is not a good place to get gas unless you are absolutely needing to save a few cents or a dollar off a tank of gas.
Excellent your story i alwys see your post. And follow you..Dear.
It's sad to see so much inequality that thrives all this violence, we need to care for each other's well-being as a society :/
Well, what can i say? The Walmart gas station must be one of a kind... It's amazing how people feel comfortable acting like kids for whatever reason, and making fun out of it. I hope they get to see this... Nice piece @jeezzle.. I mean, you know i always love your pieces..lol..
It's definitely an interesting place.
people are naive and only care about" their life " yet they ignore what happens on the days or rather the dangers sarounding them
That's true. People tend to be self centered.
Great points you made in your post. But I’m afraid it’s not gas stations only, here in NY it’s everywere. I used to live in Tennessee, it’s huge difference how friendly people are out there. Regarding your first videoclip, I saw something similar a few years ago, the guy was to much electrified and he should have touched metal before he started pumping the gas, unfortunately he didn’t know how much electricity he had on him, he caught on fire. Since I saw this on TV I have always touched any kind of metal to make sure It couldn’t happen to me.
I live in the South. I think it would be difficult for me to live in New York City because it would take me a lot to get used to. Southern Hospitality is a real thing you know.
it might not be a good place if you are in hurry.but sounds like the best palce to be if you are in bad mood.Watching all that show will definitely cheer you up
buen post amigo @jeezzle
Wait.
Wal-Mart has gas stations?
I think since Trump has been elected into office, violence has escalated. The poor feel poorer, and as such, feel less equal. These tax changes won't help, and health insurance is on the verge of being non-existent for those who cannot pay.
