One of our new managers didn't make it.

We had a server named Lee.

Lee was a nice guy and I really liked him.

He could be very argumentative though and he always needed to get his point across to everyone.

He rarely listened to anyone else's viewpoint but still I thought it was pretty funny guy.

Many girls thought he was very attractive and he had a hugely overblown ego.

His girlfriend was also pretty hot.

One day Lee was promoted to supervisor with the idea that he would become a manager shortly after that.

When you get promoted it usually means you have to leave to go to another store.

Lee moved to another store without much of a fuss.

By that point money people were not sad to see him go but I still thought it was a pretty interesting guy.

Yesterday Lee was fired from his manager position and no longer works for our restaurant.

Here's what happened or so I am told.

A person came to pick up a to go order from the store that Lee was working at.

Lee showed this person the to go order and they said that the order looked fine.

However, upon arriving at their house they realized that Lee had left out the mashed potatoes from the order.

They went back to the store to get the mashed potatoes that they had paid for and not received.

Lee told them that he had already showed them the order and they had said that they looked fine so if they wanted mashed potatoes they were going to have to pay for them.

The customer started arguing with Lee and Lee started arguing back.

Before long there was a shouting match and they ended up taking couple of swings at each other with multiple people having to hold them both back.

It always amazes me that people with extremely aggressive behavioral traits seem to rise to the top even though they can't keep themselves in control.

It's troubling really.

One of our new managers didn't make it.
