Do you sleep like a log?
I don't.
I usually start dreading work before I go to bed.
It's not that I hate my job or anything like that but I never really liked the idea that everyday when I wake up in the morning I have to go there.
I wonder how many of you get in bed, fall asleep right away, and sleep throughout the night though?
I usually decide that I want to sleep on my back.
I lay down on my back but after about 20 minutes I realize I can't get to sleep that way.
I then turn over on my front and tilt my head to the side.
After another few minutes I realize I have to go to the bathroom.
When I come back I lay down and try to sleep on my back again.
If I'm lucky I'll fall asleep quickly and wake up in the morning but that almost never happens.
Usually I fall asleep for a couple of hours and wake up remembering a dream that I had and go to the bathroom again.
Then I'll get back in bed and toss and turn for some time before sleeping until an hour or two before I need to get up.
I will check my alarm and realize that I still have an hour to go so I will lay there trying to sleep but I also know that I'm going to have to get up in an hour.
That makes it pretty much impossible so I usually end up with way less sleep than would normally get if I could just get into bed and sleep until I woke up.
Do you sleep like a log?
I always sleep on the right side.
