♨️ Day🌻vs Night🦉

It’s crazy to think that some people like to work at night yet for them it’s equally crazy to think that some people prefer working daytime.

Have you noticed which part of the day are you most active? Wherein you have ample energy to finish task and perform activities whether physically or mentally?

Personally Im not a fan of my Night Shift. Im not a fan of staying late at night working and forcing your brain to stay up with you while fighting the strong urge to snooze. In college, if you ask me, I do not deprive my body the sleep it craves(unless its cram time in finals that’s a universal exception) I would very much like to sleep please, merci. I work better and more efficiently during daytime. I prefer to check tasks at my to do list during the day while the environment is alive and the sun is up and where people *normally work. How would you like waking up your family at home in the middle of deep sleep because you’re working or simply put, why would you like to have eye bags and a dry skin because you have been up all night? Nope🚫

But to those people who are accustomed to working at the hours between 10pm until sunrise, it’s their niche, it is where their aura flows better and where they move efficiently. Our body also copes and it recognizes when to shut down and when to restart. Their physical make up is tuning in to their lifestyle and so it is not very stressful for them to work at such hours.

Ultimately what is important is that we nourish the body🧘🏻‍♀️. We do not want our phones to go fully drained. We automatically scour for plugs when its on warning level, same goes with the ONLY body we have. We have to drink lots of water, take our vitamins and eat fruits and vegetables and when able, sleep for 8-10 hours because that is the recharge we truly need👍🏽
