The best way is to concentrate on the selected area in gym and then eating a well balanced diet so that the fat does not get deposited again..though i always recommend for a full body workout soread throughout the week instead of focusing on one portion continuously.. because human body is very intelligent and it always works better if you do full body workout instead of fatiguing a particular muscle group repeatedly.
