I can SO relate to that! I used to play piano and I can recall a public performance where my friend and I played a duet and my fingers felt like they were covered in oil because they were just sliding off the kews because of all the sweat. it was terribly terrifying lol!

I suppose, the only real way to overcome any fear is to face it... even if it is just a little bit at a time.
