I FEEL GUILTY! SHOULD I QUIT?

Three months ago, David (not the real name) met Juli(not the real name) and they got along pretty well and eventually fell in love and He later asked her out.
Juli accepted but told him she is in a relationship with Sam (not the real name) but not minding what she said, David went ahead and they started dating.
Now Sam calls Juli every other time, even in its presence and this upsets David which will eventually leads to quarrel.
Juli has begged David to give her sometime to sort things out with Sam but he is not having all that and wants to quit.
Now he is so confused and wants to quit but he truly love her and finds it difficult to let go.
what will you do if you were in his shoes steemians?
Sam is the winner in this situation. David is helping him get rid of a woman who's not worth a damn. Once the excitement of sneaking around is gone and they're together Julie and/or David will get bored with the other and repeat the cycle with someone else
