Tomorrow I will check out a home that's been abanded for so long that vines have made its way into the home! I've never seen this and I've seen all sorts of things. From a home with a foot of water in the basement to a home filled with lizards! This will be an interesting one but I procrastinated and the priced dropped. Good news and bad news with price drops but this home offer a 3x you're an investment! Which is also never heard of but I'm sure after repairs it will be about like 1x which is still an insane amount of profit.
