yes Ma'am it is, I think we have that on our Dish Network but we never watch it because
most of the stuff on there is not the kind of thing that I watch but I'll check their schedule

Howdy today zirochka! It sounds like the present government there doesn't want the truth to get out about Chernoble. I can understand why but people need to know the truth.
My guess is the government have no money to buy rights to translate it on a premiere's day. Probably some tv channel can buy and show it later, when it got cheaper.
Actually, it is more significant to tell the truth to other world about our country - that is what should government care about.
