Having a Bad Mood?! Fight It!!!

The mood may deteriorate for a variety of reasons: the lack of sun, rain, falling leaves from the trees, unfulfilled expectations, problems at work or poorly spoken word.....but you can create good moon by yourself.
If you want to learn how to deal with a bad mood, these tips will really be useful.

Smile more often

Admit it, a smile always associates with good mood. Therefore, the first step to have a good mood - to smile as often as possible. And it does not matter if you have a reason for that. Energetic dance music can be combined with the sport, which has a positive impact not only on health but also well-being. This is not about hard workout in the gym - light morning exercise or run in the park would be enough to charge your body with a good mood for the whole day. Sport, like the laugh, produces the hormone of happiness endorphin. As soon as you feel that bad thoughts are attacking you - turn on the music and go!

Do not forget to improve yourself

Start to work on yourself - it's not just gonna lift your mood, but also have a positive impact on your intellectual abilities. You can start to play educational games, solve crossword puzzles, learn a foreign language, learn to play a musical instrument, knitted or draw. No matter what you choose, or what the final results will be : it is important that new activities would give you pleasure.

Communicate with pleasant people

Try to keep off all negative people in your life. Well, If you have to deal with them anyway, go to recuperate with your relatives or good friends and have fun. The people around you should be loaded with positive energy and force you to smile: interesting, kind and cheerful.

Avoid negative information

Negative information in the news, newspapers and the internet can not only cause you short-term indignation, but also can spoil the mood for whole day. Especially try to protect yourself from negative news in the media late at night before going to the bed. Otherwise, not only you will not be able to fall a sleep, but will wake up in bad mood in the morning.

Eat properly

Your physical health depends on the state of mind, so do not forget about healthy, balanced diet. Take more vitamins, eat more minerals-rich vegetables and fruits, especially bananas - this fruit is true savior from bad mood. Having suffered depression in the past. With hindsight, I think at daybreak I chose to be sad. I have moved on and when I feel that dark horse beckoning..I kick it into touch...I choose to be happy, its not so hard.
