In difficult times it is when the temper with which you are made is tested, because you expose yourself to situations that demand to use what you have learned to overcome them, the result could surprise you in a pleasant or sour way, in short, it is a reality to which we cannot escape.

With the proliferation and mass media and information, as the case may be, the confusion has also increased too much, by having so many sources available that it is impossible for us to digest the amount of data on the dynamics of the world around us.

The inherited cultural burden is like a prism, which gives us a perspective of reality that does not have to be coincident with the other latitudes, who have other beliefs and goals in life.

In the need to protect ourselves from the weather and threats present in our natural environment; cooperation between peers emerged that has mutated from the most elementary family relationship, to the emergence of the complex multicultural society. The engine of such behavior was derived from the expansion of human groups to new territories in search of better conditions to satisfy primary needs.

If cooperation appeared to avoid threats and seek food; at the same time, competition between us that met the basic needs to be developed. What came first? Cooperation or competition, someone will know the answer; it is enough to theorize or apply the logic, but this will not be the matter that will entertain us. The truth is that they are present in our lives as strategies to solve problems and conflicts.

The dispute is derived from the competition, and depending on the dispute: war. A somewhat simplistic argument; but who can deny it, the cause is the same: satisfied a need real or apparent.

So far, the argumentation in ideas leads us to the initial approach in the form of a question: How to overcome crises in difficult times with what has been learned so far? The answer, if we see it rationally, could be presented incarnate, something like: Identify the causes of your current situation and eliminate them; ready ! Solved the problem. But it is not so easy, perhaps: Are the causes within your reach? And if it were yes: So what is the point of cooperation or competition? Obviously, there will be causes that will be within your reach; but most are determined by the system, in which you participate for better or for worse, where the binomial of cooperation and competition constantly interacts in solving problems.

If you are going through difficult times, as in my case, you are in crisis, you will have noticed an endless number of digital and smaller-scale print media, full of tips and ways to overcome the debacles in life; notice the confusion that originates from latitudes with cultures that differ to a lesser or greater degree with yours and in the uniqueness you are going through; and I say singularity, because your perspective of reality is not the same as the one next to you. No recommendation will fit perfectly with the solution you need or want. Although not always what you want, is what you need, which coincides would be ideal.

The question still remains unresolved, we need concrete solutions. Well, let's ask pertinent questions:

What is a crisis and for what?
Am I in crisis or in one?
Is my crisis cause or consequence?
When did I get in and out of the crisis?
Where does the crisis come from?
Why the crisis?
What do I face it with?
What do I need or desire?
Does what I need match what I want?
How will I get out of the crisis?

The solution will be proportional and by virtue of the formulation of the questions with their answers (according to their creativity); but what do we meanwhile, unfortunately the answer is obvious, suffer and bear the consequences until we find and apply the right solution. In some sections, we will resort to cooperation between one another, at another time, to the competition, avoiding as far as possible a direct dispute with others; although to be honest, the competition will eventually lead to war with its dire consequences: for any rationalist, necessity will impose its instinctive rule.

Personally, I confess, I have not yet found the solution that suits my reality, it may be in a situation similar to yours, but surely not the same; I trust my available capacities and resources, I assume the crisis as an opportunity with all its risks and consequently I focus my strength as best I can. I dare to recommend that you listen to the advice in contrast to your surroundings and interpret them and dare to explore new territories, just like our distant ancestors did. I wish you the greatest success, we really need it...
