Waiting Movie Review

I would like to write a short film review about a comical movie that surrounds the restaurant lifestyle in America.

Ryan Reynolds play the main role in this shockingly funny and disgusting movie about what really goes on in restaurants when the customers aren't watching. I used to work in many restaurants myself and know all about the kitchen details..

Things I thought were very true to life about the film, things that really do happen in restaurants:

1. The food gets dropped on floors and gross things like spit and hair get put into rude customer's food.
2. Employees have sexual relations with each other even when it's not allowed, even while at work.
3. Employees and customers get really angry at one another and make rude comments and fight each other.
4. The boss gets really upset with employees and says things that are unfair at times.
5. The crew of the restaurant get drunk and high together at company parties, and while at work.

Scenes in the movie I thought were just gross and I didn't want to see them:

1. The nudity of men ( and women) while playing the game of flashing their genitalia at each other.
2. Putting bodily fluids into customer's food.
3. Having sex in the bathroom while at work.
4. Middle aged boss hitting on young underage hostess.
5. Ryan Reynold's character telling his mom about sex he has recently had.

For some reason I liked this movie a lot even though it grossed me out and made me weary of eating out. Maybe it's the fact that I used to work at restaurants myself and this is my way of remembering them. I think part of the reason that I chose to talk about this film is because I wanted you all to comment and tell me your thoughts about working in the food industry.
