@lawrenceho84 - I suppose when (desperate) people see opportunities and not realizing that they are schemes. Sometimes hard to decipher one from the other.
greedy people are more vulnerable to scams. most people are greedy. thats y most scams will succeed. Be fearful when others are greedy and be greedy when others are fearful. If its too good to be true it is usually not true.
