I've definitely been there! What I try to do is not to fight it, but to realize that it is a passing phase and that soon energy will come back whether you like it or not. Keep doing things that engage you and make you happy/healthy! Be good!

It is allowed to go into the box, only if you will come back out anew. As rough as it all is, i see light in the tunnel, not at the end of the tunnel.
