Stress Management: Mindful Eating Challenge - DAY 20/21 - Join in the Fun! :D

Determined to Finish Strong.

Only one more day of this challenge to go, and I really want to end on a high note. That definitely motivated me through the day and helped to keep me focused on studying. I think a game-changer for me is having my journal easily accessible right beside me when I'm eating alone. It becomes an outlet for everything that I'm not addressing and instead trying to temporarily numb with food.

My lunch was again enjoyed on my balcony, away from social media devices or TV. It let me really focus on the food and enjoy the summer air. Everything was from the local farmer's market that happens in liberty village every Sunday. Heritage breed eggs, and sauteed beans and peppers with a side salad of romaine and avocado and a homemade olive oil/ACV dressing.

Looking forward to completing the day tomorrow and reflecting back on what I've learned through this experience.
