Rose Water Aqua

Today's we are going to see how to make rosewater aqua. I have got these flowers from the market. These are not Bouquet flowers, these are regular roses from the garden.
We are going to use these kind of flowers for the rose water preparation.

You must take petals off from the flowers.
Put it in a separate container.
Do this for all the flowers.
we are going to use the double boiling method.
I have taken a pan for this and we need some water, saucer, flat pan, glass bowl and some ice cubes.

How we are going to make this rose water??

Take a pot and a sauce cup first.

Keep this upside down inside the board.

Put the rose petals around the sauce cup inside the pot and you can be very lavish in putting the rose petals.

Make sure that you are putting all around the saucer and add water make sure to cover the
rose petals.
They tend to float. (At least a three cup of water will need for this process)

Keep another empty cup on the sauce cup to collect the rose water.
Make sure that it sits well on the sauce cup which is upside down.

Cover the pot with another flat pan.
Add some ice cubes on the glass bowl.

After sometimes you can find the ice cubes start melting.
The water inside the pot with the rose petals would start boiling. the
Rose petals start losing its quality to the water.

Inside the water with the rose petal infusion will start evaporating.
But the ice kept on the glass bowl would cool down the vapours.
It'd get condensed.
Water collected to the inner bowl present in the pan just above the saucer.
In case if you want more rose water you can add rose petals and repeat this process.
You can take a spray bottle and pour al the water into it.
This is very good for the skin and a naturally extracted with your own hands.
