Stephen Hawking dies at age 76. This is a sad day and a great loss.
Professor Stephen William Hawking is no longer with us.
This is a sad day. If you don't know who this man was, you should.
I'd rather not talk about what he did for the world. I hate it when people do that "after" someone is gone. It's better to do that when they are still here.
Most of us will just feel the loss. His work is done and he's inspired many. He can now rest.
He's forever part of our history. We had plenty of opportunity to learn from him.

My favorite thing about Stephen Hawking is that he got people to think and reconsider their opinions on important matters.
He was courageous enough to stand firm on ideas he believed in while facing strong opposition and ridicule, while also humble enough to admit defeat on long standing theories and then help the "other side" evolve theories - all in the name of advancing towards the true nature of everything.

Stephen Hawkings, first i heard of him was the movie, a biography of his early life "The theory of everything". He was one great physicist, the world would need a replacement :( . I doubt if there would be any, the likes of Einstein and Nikola Tesla are yet to get replacements :(

He was a great scientist and an extraordinary man whose work and legacy will live on for many years.
