At some point of life, almost everyone have one important question to answer. Where to put you hard earned money. It could be bank, or some business, or even under your mattress =] Or you already accumulated big capital in your home, by paying mortgage over the years, which you can use.

I have been living in Bulgaria for some years now. And I found out, that this country is offering warm weather and good life quality with LOW PRICES FOR EVERYTHING !!!
Well, If you compare them .... with US, Canada, rest of the Europe. And it is in EU !
Taxes are small, food is great, people are kind ( well, mostly =])
