Ways to make people trust you, love you and respect you

I think the qualities that everyone wants are to be famous among people, loved and respected, but that does not come from a vacuum. You may forget to apply some principles. Working times or work or success can lead you to some ideas that tell you that you do not need people. Not true. Man by nature is a social object that loves to appreciate the people around him and these steps will make people trust you and love you and respect you

1. Be Honest:

Unfortunately, misunderstandings also have many people believe that fraud and fraud are the only way to get a successful job. Even if the monument and fraud causes success in a despicable way, but this successful will find it meaningless and for a short time. You must know well that your livelihood will not get it only with the consent of God or cheating Believe me will cost you a lot and many in addition to that will exclude people from you, especially those keen to love them

2. Keep your promise:

If you do not keep your promises with customers at least this will ruin your reputation in the market. Each time you commit to a promise that increases or decreases your credibility with those around you. It is important to be honest and always use the shortest way to talk to people so that they do not expect you money you can do. No one likes unpleasant surprises. If you can not finish the task on time or on the specified budget you should tell the customer clearly and this will make people more understanding and tolerant before it is too late

3. Recognize your mistakes:

We often go through the failures as a result of some mistakes but good managers are able to understand their mistakes and turn them into success by focusing on solutions to the problems that may occur

In order to build your reputation as a strong person who relies on you, you must take responsibility for mistakes that occur seriously and do not try to justify these mistakes. This may make them worse. It will give you the experience to face similar mistakes in the future.

4. Be clear and accurate:

Your trust and your people's confidence are always subject to testing from customers. Most people like to deal with people who are committed to their dates of delivery. This reflects how well a person can trust you. You must manage your time diligently and make sure you do not miss meetings, promises or delivery times.

5. Do not use obscene language:

You should choose your words carefully. You should know what to say and how to say these words. Talking words that do not fit in front of people may give you an impression that is not good at all. Also, the section at the meeting or work matters does not give you respect among people. You may not be able to fulfill this part of the basics. Do not try to give people an excuse not to work with you and if you find yourself you will not tolerate the temptation to try or ask for a few minutes until you calm down.

6. Treat the difference wisely:

Sure, there will be some things where your opinion will conflict with the opinions of others. In this case you may have the anger to harden your mind, but in such situations the anger will never help. Always try to find common areas of opinion and convince them around you. Always try to find evidence of the validity of your words. But if you are already wrong you must admit it and accept the right opinion

7. Be humble:

You will not always be right and you will not be the best in everything. Everyone around you teaches you something. Also, self-confidence does not stem from being the best in everything but in fact from your ability to humility and respect for those around you, including your respect for yourself

9. Be open minded:

You must follow your passion and develop your curiosity, of course not towards intruding on people but in the direction of knowledge and science should always be keen to learn all the new This also strengthens your mind I just your relationship with people

10. Take care of others:

Start caring for others and watch out for those around you at work or at home. You should also show some concern about them at times and sympathize with them in times of stress. This is not difficult.
