Accountable Love | Friendship, Marriage & Good Food
This morning I had the chance to visit with a friend over breakfast and coffee, we discussed theology, family, love, economics and politics... it was GREAT!
One of the main topics we discussed which I wanted to share here is the idea that we have a responsibility to love well.
In my view that means sacrificial generousity, and honest, gracious disagreement in which we speak respectfully with those we debate.
My goal is to love my wife and neighbors in a manner that shines light. I do not do this as well as I'd like...
God help me become the man you intend me to be.

That bakery you went to sure looks like it sure makes some really good stuff. That place in Surrey?
Cloverdale! And yes the food was LEGENDARY.
I bought a cheese chive scone, cinnamon bun, brownie with pink icing and a cheese and bacon corn bread. All for sharing.
It was really special and I look forward to returning.
Yeah, it all looks like those are made from unique recipes!
