الدِّمَاءُ فِي الْمَنَاسِكِ عَلَى ثَلَاثَةِ أَوْجُهٍ فِي وَجْهٍ يَجُوزُ تَقْدِيمُهُ عَلَى يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ بِالْإِجْمَاعِ بَعْدَ أَنْ حَصَلَ الذَّبْحُ فِي الْحَرَمِ وَهُوَ دَمُ الْكَفَّارَاتِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَهَدْيُ التَّطَوُّعِ وَفِي وَجْهٍ لَا يَجُوزُ ذَبْحُهُ قَبْلَ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ إجْمَاعًا وَهُوَ دَمُ التَّمَتُّعِ وَالْقِرَانِ وَالْأُضْحِيَّةِ وَفِي وَجْهٍ اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ وَهُوَ دَمُ الْإِحْصَارِ فَعِنْدَ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ يَجُوزُ تَقْدِيمُهُ وَعِنْدَهُمَا لَا يَجُوزُ .
وَفِي الْمَبْسُوطِ يَجُوزُ ذَبْحُ هَدْيِ التَّطَوُّعِ قَبْلَ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ إلَّا أَنَّ ذَبْحَهُ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ أَفْضَلُ قَالَ فِي الْهِدَايَةِ وَهُوَ الصَّحِيحُ

Syafi'i School:

Al-Imam Asy-Syafi'i rahimahullah said:
وَإِذَا سَاقَ الْمُتَمَتِّعُ الْهَدْيَ مَعَهُ أَوْ الْقَارِنُ لِمُتْعَتِهِ أَوْ قِرَانِهِ فَلَوْ تَرَكَهُ حَتَّى يَنْحَرَهُ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ كَانَ أَحَبَّ إلَيَّ وَإِنْ قَدِمَ فَنَحَرَهُ فِي الْحَرَمِ أَجْزَأَ عَنْهُ

"If a tamattu pilgrim brought the hadith with him because of his mut'ah, or a haji qiron brought the hadith because of his qiron, he let his hadith until he slaughtered it when the day of nahr then it was more like it and if he arrived (before day of Nahr-pen) then he slaughtered it in the land of the haram then it is lawful "(Al-Umm 2/238)
