CATCH UP WITH A LONG LOST FRIEND AFTER 18 YEARS

It had been 18 years since school; we both attended boarding school together. Sometimes when students finish school, we all seem to go our own ways and never to see our good friends again. Luckily we decided to catch up for a beer down at a local hotel in Sydney, as he was coming up for the weekend.

18 years later on our catch up, we took a photo and both agreed we haven’t aged a bit :)

Anyone out there that may feel awkward to catch up after such a long time, I would say take the plunge and catch up. There were so many good things to talk about, and shared many stories of our last 18 years. We reminisced and reflected about old times and friends. We both found out some cool things about each other and our past. It was such an awesome experience to catch up with a long lost friend. We decided to catch up in the near future for a surf. We were both originally surfing buddies, who wanted to travel Australia in a kombi. We never ended up travelling Australia surfing, nevertheless it was a good story to laugh about.
