How the majority of Filipinos love the dictator President Duterte

Why do Filipinos so love President Duterte? Undeniably regardless of how much he is being portrayed as a dictator, a murderer even.
When the election votes of 16 million was admitted recently by the Commision of Election as 21 million not as the former? Surely this number carries weight on what the majority of Filipinos say?
Everywhere he goes, Filipinos locally and around the world flock to him. Their love for him is palpable on how he is cheered and welcomed in their midst.
How can the media make up stories and say otherwise? How can people the world over still believe the media?
See for yourselves folks, in this time and age, where anarchists and the anonymous movement have gained momentum in their fight for righteousness and justice, the Philippines have an answer and he is President Duterte.

I guess the Filipinos love President Digong because he's different from the past presidents. He's straightforward and speaks his mind. The previous presidents were so concerned of their image and what they should and shouldn't say in public but our current president is like, "This is who I am, if you don't like me, I don't care." I think he may be rash but he's the truest among all the Presidents. He's also very, very simple and family-oriented. I like it about him.
A real person yes, not the usual stateman who will say anything that people want to hear, but speaks with actions for the betterment of common Filipinos. You see, how we see him is not how he is portrayed by the media locally and abroad. Of course, it doesn't help when the international community only listen to the biased and unfair media. I wish that whoever reads about him will pause and say, 'that might not be true" and do a bit of research about it.
Exactly. Especially now that the media is really powerful in manipulating the truth, the more we should defend our dear president.
