Prepare the right food
Just made myself a proper meal to fuel my muscle tissue and have a decant caloric input. Always try to use good quality food in the kitchen its the best for yourself, eat outside just when there is no other choice to make.Always try to find some balance in between dont make it either too tasty or too healthy.I love to cook and listen to music at the same time, it id very fun indeed and you feel very delighted when your creation makes a good appearance. If you are not the type of person who likes to cook much try zo prepare the food like I do! I either prepare food only for a day or the whole week depends on how lazy I am^^.
