Fitness Progress 1.1

Hey Guys just had a good training session and I am doing pretty well.20170503_185625.jpg Never forget about a good warm up to avoid injuries and let the blood circulate in the muscle. 20170503_190426.jpgMy progress refering to weights is pretty good as I can lift more almost 4 weeks since I got back to training. On the Bench I am on 65 Kilos on 3 sets and my Max right now is about 85 to 90 ( 1 rep). Sports is a good thing for me! As I love it to train, forget about your problems for a while and be in a different world. I feel ALIVE20170503_205437.jpg ^ And I can enjoy and appreciate secundary things in life more than ever even though I always did that.

Totally agree. Training, be it weights, running, martial arts, it always gives you a lift (pardon the pun) and makes you feel alive. Every time i set foot out of the dojo I am buzzing and struggle to go to sleep even an hour afterwards! After a crappy day in the office, training brings you back to a positive mental state ready for the next day.
