[POST MOTIVACIONAL] ES CUESTIÓN DE ACTITUD
¿Como enfrentar las situaciones difíciles?
Si alguna vez te has sentido tan decaído que ni siquiera intentas levantarte de la cama, este post es para ti.
A lo largo de la vida se enfrentan problemas, decisiones, encrucijadas y muchas cosas que nos desafían a hacernos más fuertes y superarlas o ceder a la presión y quedar atrapados en una espiral de agonía. Tal vez parezca sencillo decir que solo es cuestión es de actitud, pero hay una frase que aplico día a día en todas las situaciones que vivo.
"LA VIDA ES 10% LO QUE TE SUCEDE Y 90% TU ACTITUD FRENTE A LO QUE TE SUCEDE"
Esto me ha servido para superar todos los contratiempos que han surgido a lo largo de mi camino. No se puede luchar contra nuestras condiciones solo podemos intentar mejorarlas, no sirve de nada sufrir por cosas que ya han pasado es mejor simplemente dejar de preocuparse y ocuparse en lo que hay que hacer.
Es algo progresivo...no se puede cambiar nuestros paradigmas de un día a otro, pero se comienza con cosas pequeñas como tener una actitud positiva frente a las cosas injustas de la vida y hacer que esa injusticia te fortalezca, te haga ayudar a los demás. Alguien fuerte no es aquel que puede sobrepasar a todo el mundo, alguien fuerte es ese que puede ayudar a los demás a hacerse más fuertes.
Me despido con esta reflexión...siéntete demasiado fuerte para preocuparte, demasiado noble para molestarte, demasiado seguro para temer y demasiado contento para pensar en dificultades.
