Every single word is true but i have to add one more: be who you are and not what others want you to be.

I think people can accept themselves and externalize their feelings but if they follow the thinking of wrong minded persons, that acceptance becomes minimal. We must be ourselves without hiding our shine, like i heard one time:

As we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence actually liberates others.
