Keep Moving, Never Stop!

Most times we fall, often we forgot how magistically we walked and starts focusing on our failures.

Most importantly, we are the ones who could help ourselves up. But sometimes it takes a long drag to really recognize this. This is because we wallow in self pity and feel so idiotic that we are the worse thing happening on planet earth.

See! You are down sometimes because of there was nothing you could do, sometimes for silly mistakes, other times for a few wrong decision, most times no one wants to be failure.

The Power of the blame game
This is one of the most dangerous kind of games to play. Especially because both the player and the one played gets injured.

The blame is what keeps most people locked out of the move ahead zone. How?

Others may blame you, but the worse kind of blame game is the one you give yourself.
So many people have blamed their self's for failings that they hold a grudge against their going forward.

For example, a husband got drunk and came back home, his wife began her labour that night but he was fast asleep. Even when she tries to wake home couldn't. After she tried calling her numbers none could hear her until three hours later when one of the neighbor managed to pick the phone and helped her to the hospital. Unfortunately there was complications and the woman was lost only the baby survived.

The doctor claimed that he could have saved her if she came earlier. The husband blames himself and refused to remarry even after several years. Perhaps this might end his lineage.

For several reasons we get into this corner of self blame, self pity, unfortunately it has never gotten us anywhere.

Recovery

This has to do with a strong mental evaluation. The process should be a positive one which involves solving the menance. Talking to a psychologist, psychatrist maybe a way to go.

Start getting engaged in things you often wanted to do like a new skill, a new business, a great vacation, time out with people, and things that keep you wholesomely happy.

Recognize you made a mistake perhaps, or there was nothing you could do, but come to terms with the fact that it happened anyway.
Now, be ready to make improvements on the things that mattered and become your better self, but make sure you're not trying to prove any point to anyone.

Get Up And Move

The time passed is enough, you have had enough soaking in regrets and wallowing in self pity. Now is the time to get up and move.

Use regular exercise to stay healthy. Always trying new things, setting new dimension, build new bridge.

It's a bad thing to stay in one place and let time pass you by. Get up and move along, don't let one single event, personal experience, or persons rob you of your ultimate joy.

No matter how worse it got, it can still get better.

Now get up and move, keep moving, yes run, don't look back, fly and yeah... That's the way to go!
