This looks like there has been lots of work, thought and research that went into planning this. What a terrific solution for some people. I don't think that over 7 billion people can be dispersed at that kind of population density.
Safety is one of the basic human needs. I did not see that represented on your list. I wonder how such a model can incorporate individuals and families who have been traumatized, injured, or incapacitated in other ways. What do you do if couples have children with special needs or diseases that need medical treatment? It's like charter schools only accepting the brightest healthiest kids and leaving the public schools to deal with the rest of children. In Israel, there are plenty of people who left Kibbutz life because social pressure to conform became unbearable. The decision-making process is where it can fall apart and where some people who might consistently get outvoted suffer. To me it looks like an impossible dream, and potentially a living nightmare of social pressure. But if it worked long term? Wow, fantastic! Can I visit?
