Reality Check #19 || If we don't learn to Love ourselves, 💖then we won't have the Greatest love of all.
Love is the greatest art in Life that beautifies the meaning of our existence.
The beginning of genuine love starts from our perception to our own selves.The way we think about ourselves matters! It either makes us confident or not. Some of us think we are foolish and we act like one just to prove ourselves right. Then we wonder why people make fun of us.
We ask ourselves why we cannot get a decent job.
Is it because we are inexperienced?
Unqualified? or less competent than the rest?
Maybe Yes or No. But the fact that we think we are foolish, we are already inviting tsunamis in our lives. Any time soon, we find ourselves in a mess.
Listen to what we say about ourselves:
- "I'm not good enough."
- "I'm not confident."
- "I can't do it."
Who said we are not good enough? Who said we are not that confident to face life? Who said that we can't do it?
No one else but Ourselves!
We thought of it. Probably others suggested it and we believe on them, and worse thing is... we believed and accepted that negative image of ourselves. How can we expect to accomplish something we believe in, if we cannot convince ourselves that we can do it!?
Avoid Self - Criticism!
It is time to think highly of ourselves. Even if we get it from others, let us focus on what we can do and start from there.
To love ourself is not to deny our limitations but to focus on our strength, to think of what we can do and to think of what we would want to become. Let us avoid saying nasty things about ourselves and believe in what we can do.
"We cannot become the person we conceive ourselves to be if we do not believe we can."
We love ourselves but sometimes we tend to abuse it because of low Self-esteem. Let us start loving ourselves by thinking highly of ourselves and giving value to our own being. It is the beginning of true love. When we love ourself, others begin to notice it. Then they begin to love us, too.
"When you finally have a Genuine Love of Yourself, that's the only time you can Love someone Purely!!!"
