Everything relatable is comfort. When you read, hear or see something you can relate with, when you see a familiar face it feels like home. You would sit at the corner of your bed, wrapped around in a comfy bedsheet with a nice cup of cocoa and stare at a screen doing things that feel familiar and things you can relate with and say "This is comfortable". What about magic? What about spontaneity? Where the hell is the adventure goddamnit? I understand the need to cling on to something that makes you feel at home, keeps you from breaking down when you're at your worst, but home is not about comfort. Home is never constant. Home is broken and crooked and something that cant be fixed without all your effort. Home is heart. Home is where the magic comes to life, where dreams come true. Where you're your truest self. Home is where your heart feels alive, feels the thrill of adrenaline. Would you rather have your heart locked away behind the confinement of concrete walls, with a delusionary image of fake safety and hope or would you have it soar and sing and be free? Life is so much more than what your sadness is refusing to allow you see. Life is beautiful, if you open your soul and see. Live, not because life is too short, but because the joy of living is unmatched to all others. You know you're free when you believe in yourself, when you want to see the world, when you believe in miracles, when you can find joy in absolutely nothing and when the faintest smile that you bring on someone at their worst feels like you made a difference. When you believe that you matter. When you're above the silly confinements of human tendencies. Live, so that you can see everything, set hearts on fire , be a thunderstorm of beauty, dance around in the rain and sing your heart out, so you can feel yourself believe in love again. Live, so you can set your heart free.
