A GOOD LEADER

MATTHEW 23:1-13
Leadership is the ability to serve and influence people. Leadership are born but need to be taught. A person can be born in the palace but lack leadership material. There are leaders everywhere, Jesus said, you're the light of the world, it means when you have the light you can lead.

Jesus gave some examples in chapter 2...
Brethren, a leader is not who says but the one who does. Leadership is not the ability to control and influence people to do something when you can't do what you ask them to do. Some people like the idea of leadership but don't like the principles. Leadership is not high service.

INDISPENSABLE PILLARS OF LEADERSHIP

LOVE- If you don't have the act of love, you will be a terrorist to your followers. You must show love to them and when the make mistakes you need to correct them with love.

ACT OF SERVICE- Leader must be hardworking. Once you're a leader you need to start strategising and making plans on how the set goals should be achieve.

DISCIPLER- A leader must have the ability to cultivate and develop his/her followers and be the ladder for them to rise.

GOD'S LEAD- A good leader need God in other for him or her to lead well.
