Las Vegas has low cost of living? Damn, unlike what I have always thought about it. This is a great review though and I wish many more people would watch this video so they could cleanse their minds and thoughts about Las Vegas and begin to see it in a better light just like me.
Yea surprising I know. See most people don;t even know that. Prices are pretty similar to where I live now.
many facts tell us that Las Vegas is a good city for life. Many believe that this city is intended for entertainment and for that that would spend their money. But it is not exactly. Thanks to you, I have a different idea of Las Vegas. A good choice!
There are not many sights in my city. It is small and of little value. That is, if I leave here, I will not lose anything. Therefore, I plan for the future. The only thing that keeps me from moving is this limited financial position. But I hope that this is temporary.
Keep planning and going towards what you want to do. It may make take some time but it's not impossible. Especially if Steem price goes to the moon.
@humanearl, That's fantastic review of reasons to move Las Vegas. Las Vegas is a tremendous city anyone try to stay at nights. Sure Las vegas gives amazing night experience who's stay there. If we grow up dream, definitely will go there someday it will happen. But you need to sacrifice some things. For me I love my city coz It's better tourist attraction indeed coastal area my country. I met lot of around the world's foreigners and they told me lot of satisfy here.

Haha. It's hard waiting that long for sure. But it's mainly to give us time to make sure we save an amount we're comfortable with before packing up. It could happen sooner if things move faster. Especially with my work here on steemit/dutbe combined with the steem price.
You will probably get out there and stay haha.

Moneys for six months will give you time to land and spin for a minute.
If you have a choice,, Henderson by far. be very careful where you land and don't go over 6mon. leases till you been there for a year.Watch out for those nice apartments that have big beautiful swimming pools and a resort look. They are loud, lots of fights and cops. Summerlin South, Seven Hills ,Henderson are most desired.It's not like a normal city's there it will take some time but well worth it.
I like to go to the Green Valley Ranch and hang also The M Resort is cool too, Both are away from the strip on the upper side :) A business man's dream land ...LOL

I love my city; Islamabad, due to its close proximity to Margalla Hills and lush green environment.
Las Vegas has the best to offer in everything one of the finest places on the earth :)
I have big dream. What's it? I would like to travel Las Vegas. I watch some movies and live experienced videos of there. It's so stunning. It's various but amazing travel experience.
My childhood live stayed beautiful village. But now I transfer to city with my job. It's attractive city. But not enough than Las Vegas :(
Yepp. People think of all the lights. It looks cool at night.
What do I like about my city? Currently I stay more in Akwanga, Nasarawa state. It's not as developed as Abuja where I was staying before but as you know that one major challenge with Nigeria is power supply and that's what drive all my love for this city. Here, there's almost 24hour power supply compare to most other city with less than 10hrs supply. That's the only reason I'm still here now.

Las vegas. What do i say.
I love las vegas though, but My biggest peeve about Las Vegas is the corruption: Zoning and property rights are a complete joke, and the system is gamed to enable land developers to buy property zoned residential for cheap so they can convert it to commercial. The developers pretty much can do whatever they want to with the blessing of the local government – The City Council doesn't give a rat’s ass about property owners, although they are very good at pretending to hear their concerns at City Council meetings. It is actually legal for a City Council member in Las Vegas to have a financial interest in a proposed real estate development as long as they disclose their intentions. What do you think @humanearl. Do you have such views.
Yes I remember , the bars/Casino would build right across the residential street for track homes.
I bought a house in Silverado Ranch in Henderson ,I did not have this problem. But I could not change my front yard from grass to desert landscape without permission and permits.I got flagged by the city because my sprinklers were over shooting the grass alittle ..lol I still love the valley tho..:)

Oh wow. This is new info for me. Thanks a bunch. I wasn't aware about the zoning and property rights. We plan on getting an apartment so I'm not sure how that will impact us. We are excited to move there though.
Vegas seems a but like the wild wild west in a a way haha. You live there?
