A Happy New Year from Scotland. May 2018 bring you all Health and Happiness.

2017 has been a difficult year, supporting my partner as she fights cancer and fighting my own inner demons. However, that year is now in the past and while we cannot cure her cancer or totally defeat my demons, we can take positive steps and look ahead.

We can fuel our dreams and drown our fears with hope and a smile

We can try and not carry our worries of 2017 into 2018 and we can continue trying our best to make the world (if even only the one around us) a better place
