Dealing with stress

Sometimes in life, we tend to over schedule ourselves which leads to stress because we don't know how to say "NO" to our friends and relatives when they ask for our assistance. We do this because we don't want to make them feel down or talk bad about us. For this reason, we tend to accept to render our assistance adding to the task we have already, thereby stressing ourselves in the expense of making them happy.
Another reason why we stress ourselves is because of too many procrastination. When there is work to do, and we tend to procrastinate it, it will eventually add up with other future works.
We should learn to stop stressing ourselves by learning how to say no sometimes to people when they ask for our assistance in a mild way, especially when our schedules are really occupied. Also, we should try to avoid procrastination by making a to do list and making sure to work towards achieving our goals on time.
Any man that tries to please everyone would find himself in an early grave. stress most times results from lack of planning and prioritizing. When we know what to do and we do them when they should be done, we reduce the likelihood of overworking ourselves. Rest is a very good antidote for stress. When your body is feeling stressed all it is saying to you is "take a break and have some rest". should you fail to listen to it, it makes you pay for your stubbornness by making you very uncomfortable. Stress can be controlled if we can Learn to prioritize and take some rest whenever our body requires it.
Anyone would agree, unhealthy financial conditions can cause us to experience stress. Moreover, we are faced with demands in the household.
Stress is a part of our life... I think we can't keep off the stress... But beside dealing with stress if we involve in our passion then it might give us relief.
