The Mystery of the Easter Egg Hunt

in #life8 years ago (edited)

We had a great time at Grandad’s on Easter Day.

The girls had to solve little clues to find out where the Easter eggs and chocolate were and as you can see, they had a whale of a time.

I think that they make great detectives solving little mysteries.

They were both feeling a little under the weather, as they both decided on the way to Grandad’s, but they were in perfectly fine fettle before that and after the Easter egg hunt.

Such is the mystery of children.

That reminds me I must record Hazel’s jokes, they are so unfunny, they are hilarious!

A video for another time.

Till next time…

A very interesting idea, to pogruzit children in this holiday, to play, to look for Easter eggs, having fun is very cool. It's good that there are still people who do not forget tradition.

So cute, this is the first time I have seen them. Looks like they hard a swell Easter and looks quite happy solving those little puzzles. My regards to them all.

Cite kids!
The frown on their faces tells that they haven't found it yet. Maybe the next episode would tell. (winks)

wow thats awesome video those kids are so amazing.

its great......i impressed to see your post......
lovely

I never did these sort of things on easter when i was younger, it never was that big of a deal in my family, but we always had the best Christmas, i will forever remember the Christmas dinners!
My grandfather always gave me some chocolate and money on easter, he always says the same thing : "Here is 20 bucks go and get some coffee with your friends" 20 bucks for a coffee xD
Well regardless of that it's always a nice season!

Thanks, your post made me laugh.
you are great

It was fun watching them.
2 little adorable smart kids... I was really impressed with the way they easily figured out the clues.

  • The clues sounded like a poem and that made it even more interesting!

That sure is a nice way to celebrate it :)

It is fun to read that we are not the only family that uses clues for an Easter egg hunt. This year our 5 grandchildren decided that we should have two hunts - one for them and one for the adults. It was fun to see them trying to find good hiding places and then writing a clue that was not too easy. I think these types of tradition really help to keep children grounded.
