Who are the so called leaders?

Do anything like leader still exist? How do we know nor identify a good leader? The leading leaders of nowadays has no goal?

A leader according to an oxford dictionary is the person who by example lead a group of people, most especially the head of a country, the head of state, the head of a community and as well the head of an organization..

Still wandering how, why and what are the criteria of been a leader, a leader without the experience of what the citizen/people are facing or going through, how do such leader proffer solution to problems...
Even as according to the dictionary it is said that a leader should be the best of all. Recently we do not choose a leader with experience or hierarchy again but we do choose them because of wealth(money, investment) which is not suppose to be.

We keep saying the upcoming are the leaders of tomorrow(children and youths) but let come to think of it, it is not because all those elders are not ready to forgone the post of been a leader.
