Tik Tok and PUBG will be banned in India?

Tik Tok and PUBG is going to be banned in India(?).

One District court in( Madurai district) India asks central govt to ban those things across India.

Before few months Gujarat district banned PUBG and started arresting people whoever playing it. People reacted against this action. Many thought it was a very silly implementation of a ban.

Yesterday a kid in Hyderabad, around 11 years killed himself since his parents not allowed him to play PUBG.

Many people are saying that PUBG is very addictive and Tik Tok is spoiling the culture and safety of the kids. The clips uploaded in Tik Tok is edited and morphed and misused by antisocial elements.

In Indonesia they banned Tik Tok before few months, like that do Indian govt will ban?

Also, people are asking to bring an act like Children's Online Privacy Protection Act in America. Which protects children's details from abusing anti social hands.

Is it possible to ban these type of applications in this modern internet world in a democracy like India?
Technically is it possible to deny those apps from people?
