Right now there are already some steemians earning a lot of income from their posts here. With the SBD token having gained 1,000% of value last week, we are (probably temporarily) enjoying some serious value right now.
I think the future, like years from now, it will be possible for a lot of people to use steem as a "part time job" and that will be awesome for freelancers everywhere.
Yeah this definitely seems like a nice alternative for freelancers, nothing too strict and you can promote and post whatever you want.
