When i speak with a few of the Digital Nomads I have met, they told me that their only regret they have is that they miss the "coffee time chat-up" that 99% of people can enjoy in their day-to-day job... And that's why they are keen to join a group, like Couchsurfing or Meetup in order to find people sharing some common interests. I think this is a good tip as well: try to break up from the virtual reality loop your job online can catch you in.
