There are still good people out there
PixabayWe live in a World where evil seems to rule and the order of the day. People hardly care about the welfare of others. The rich only invest their money in people that will bring returns. I was watching TV yesterday and a business man asked a young worker how he could maiximise the input of his employees and get them working at full potential. The young told him to make his employees happy by taking care of them without expecting payback and they will obviously give their best. The business man said not all who are shown care will return the favour.
The young man told him that you don't only care for others because you expect something in return. The next thing the rich business man said was he runs a business and not a charity organization. And that is it, people don't help people who will not bring back returns or payback even with profits. You hardly have anyone to help you these days without a clause or something attached to it. That is why most people nowadays think that there is no one out there who will help you without expecting nothing in return.
PixabayOn a daily basis, I run into people who will only think you are trying to help because you have a hidden agenda especially females. The minute you extend a hand to help a female or girl, she starts having these thoughts that you are just one of the people trying to hit on her or something. Even when your intentions are genuine to help, most people misjudge you. This kind of attitude and way of thinking has led so many people into pushing away people who genuinely wanted to help them.
We have to stop thinking like this and believe that there is still good out there. My greatest weakness has always been that I easily trust people and think highly of everyone, trusting that they will do the right thing. But most of the time, in 10 people, only about 2 live up to my expectations. Even though, the numbers might be very minute, It still proves that there is still a small group of people who will do the right thing.
