Life can become quite complicated at times especially when you have so many people depending on you and look up to you at all times to take those decisions that will be for the benefit of all.
Sometimes, one even has to abandon their choices, dreams and what they really want to pursue that which will be beneficial to all those looking up to you. You become entangled with what you really want and what you have to do.

The sacrifices one has to make for the benefit and well being of all. All the tough choices made so far just keep bringing you back to memories of regret on all the choices you have made and considered wrong.
Your selflessness and devotion to thw ones you love and doing what they expect of you keeps forcing you into forfeiting your ownself more and more. You sacrifice your own dreams, passions and likes just to satisfy those around you. People have even had to marry others they don't love just to benefit and impress their loved ones. Sons and daughters have sacrificed their dreams and pursued that of parents just to make them proud.

People have sacrificed a lot in this life for others and lived a life of regret all through their careers, marriages etc. When will it ever end is all i can ask myself everyday.
Why can't life just be simple so much that you do what you want to do, get what you want, live it just like you want it. Is it selfish to think this way? Is it wrong for your life to be all about you?

Life is really complicated and at the end of the day one has to do what they must.
