Bullying at School and at Home

When we are adults and analyze our lives either alone or with friends in any trivial conversation, our lives as students as children or teenagers come to light, some of us can relate pleasant school experiences, others not so pleasant, to the point where we sometimes prefer not to share them, which reveals how these events in our lives have affected us psychologically, "marking" us forever.

Bullying has always existed, the person who has never experienced bullying of this nature cannot imagine how hard and cruel children or adolescents can become in the role of "bully", much less know what it feels like to be bullied, you can see in the look of a child, a student, who would never want to go back to school, just by not going through these situations over and over again, the truth is that it gives too much sadness. Now imagine that this "Bully", that is to say, the one who makes you Bullying, is not your schoolmate but one of your parents, you are amazed! Such situations are less common, but they are equally damaging to human psychological health.

There are different types of parents; affectionate, detached, with no almost absent time, who let you do everything without rules, overprotective, strict, aggressive hitters, who obviously affect the child or adolescent. We meet bullying parents who psychologically abuse their children with words ranging from the most horrible swear words or insults to labels such as lame, "you're useless", "filthy! You have to be equal to", "Why God sent me a son like you", "Why you didn't come out to me", "because you didn't come out to me", among others... Not to mention that sometimes it comes with anger and beatings.

How will those children or teenagers feel that their father or mother, whom they deeply love, their ideal, the person who must protect them from all evil, the person who must love them more than anyone else in the world, is the one who is doing the worst damage to their life, leaving a mark on their heart and mind with disastrous consequences.

If the child is very young, at first he doesn't understand why the parent he loves tells him these things, then over time he starts to wonder what I'm doing wrong. Then he gets frustrated, because he can understand that; he is not what they tell him and further away they come to hate those parents. Or it can also happen that they believe everything and grow up as children, young people and adults: insecure, introverted, unhappy, incapable, without aspirations, who do not study, do not get a job, and in the worst case they become what their father told them so much; drug addicts, delinquents, alcoholics. In conclusion, a disaster of a person.

It seems unbelievable that the word, with or without the intention of offending, has such power to destroy the life of man, so it is important to inform future parents about these issues or to make them aware to investigate how to become parents and thus avoid so many mistakes.
