Common mistake couples make when purchasing something important.

- Mrs Bose Adamu"

The post was attended by multiple opinions, and for the clarification i made, i thought i should also bring it here.

The more we know these things, the more we avoid common investment mistakes.👌🏾
A lot of people said "because anybody can be Mrs Adamu".
Someone also said, "all the male children in that family and their wives are also known as Mr and Mrs Adamu"
VERY CORRECT!!👍🏾
BUT One thing can be shocking though!👇🏽
The fact that anybody can be Mrs Adamu is not even the main reason.
The main legal reason why you should not buy any property as Mr & Mrs Adamu is this👇🏽
💥THERE IS NO SUCH MAN OR WOMAN, (or MAN AND WOMAN) by the name MR & Mrs Adamu.🙆🏾
Means that if a Mr & Mrs Abosede Adamu are having a keenly contested land tussle with another couple, e.g:
(1) Mr Adewale Joseph
(2) Mrs Catherine Joseph
The other couple will triumph, all other things being equal.🤷🏼
The courts have said that there is no such persons as Mr & Mrs......(In land related transactions)
The two names must be spelt out differently.
If you have already made this mistake, redraft another if possible.
It's important to note this.💆🏾
