How to make the skin hydrated in the summer

Protecting from harmful rays: Protection from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun is also important for skin health. Sunscreen should be done daily at home or on the skin. The skin is completely protected from UVB and UVA rays with sunscreen lip.

Vitamin D: To meet the shortage of sun-vitamin vitamins, you can apply vitamin D to the sunscreen before sunscreen.
